Pannell talks about PSU visit

Birmingham (Mich.) Groves offensive tackle Deon'tae Pannell has become a hot commodity over the last two months. The 6-foot-5, 300-pound prospect is rated the No. 11 player in Michigan by Rivals.com.

Pannell received an offer from in-state power Michigan when he attended a camp at Ann Arbor two weeks ago, but the Wolverines have not shot to the top of his list, as many thought that they could.

"It really didn't do much, it just added another option," Pannell said of the offer. "They're top three right now, but that (the offer) really hasn't changed much."

Pannell has stated numerous times that Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State are the three leaders for the three-year starter. Right now, the Wolverines have ground to make up on the Spartans and Nittany Lions.
