Scarlet Nation visits Teaneck

While most of us are still planning our first trips to the beach, the Highwaymen of Teaneck are busy planning for the upcoming football season. ScarletNation.com was on-hand this evening as the team worked out in the Teaneck gym.

First up, we have an audio interview with future Scarlet Knight running back Rashad White, the nation's #6 all purpose back.

Here are a few of the players who hope to bring Teaneck to the state final:

Lineman Charles "Chazz" Thompson is hearing from a number of D1A schools.

Another shot of Thompson.

If you follow high school track, you know Damien Miles and David Butler. These speedsters have yet to jump on the recruiting radar, but if their football skills match their track skills, they could be players to watch.

Junior Leneil Brown caught our attention at the National Underclassmen Combine. He is definitely a player to watch in the class of 2009.

Rashad White is the state's top returning running back.

White is using the summer workouts to add some quality weight and gear up for another tour through the mighty NNJIL.

Stay tuned for more coverage of Rashad White and the class of 2008!
