Tennessee WR has plans to visit Cats

Kentucky has some stiff competition for one of the top prospects in Tennessee for 2008, but the Wildcats have made a favorable early impression and hope to land a visit from Rodriguez Wilks this fall.

"I have an offer from Kentucky, and they're one of the schools I want to go check out this season," said the Smyrna High School standout. "They've been recruiting me almost as long as anybody.

"It all started when my brother went up there for a visit my freshman year. Joker (Phillips) was recruiting him, and even though he didn't end up going there, we liked it a lot. The coaches were all really cool, and they kept up with me ever since then. Joker came down to see me last year and he's really been recruiting me hard."
