QB Battles might have to wait until senior season

With MarQueis Gray no longer listing IU as one of his favorite schools, the Hoosiers might have to start looking somewhere other than their own backyard to find a quarterback of the future.

And Sal Battles, a 5-10, 221-pound dual-threat QB from Youngstown, Ohio, is certainly an option.

Battles' situation with the Hoosiers is indicative of a bigger picture for him and his overall college recruitment, as he says coaching staffs have suddenly grown quiet with him in the recent months. He feels that the lack of attention means one thing: Coaching staffs are waiting to see some film from his senior year.
