Rivals100 OL talks UA camp

Anniston offensive lineman Antoine McClain was in Tuscaloosa last month to compete in Alabama's camp and the huge tackle came back for more in the second session. McClain, 6-foot-6, 317-pounds, who is considered among the top linemen in the nation, indicated that it was a good learning experience.

"I was impressed last month when I was there so I thought I would go again. They taught me a lot both times. It's not easy at the Alabama camp because they are working you. But if you work hard and pay attention you'll come out a better player," McClain said. "I spent some one-on-one time with Coach (Joe) Pendry. I like that he gets after me and pushes me to get better. He told me that I had improved from last month to this month and that if I keep working hard I don't have a limit.

"It's an intense camp. All the coaches are out there, sweating and pushing everyone. When you are in that kind of atmosphere it makes you want to dig a little bit deeper every time you feel tired."
