Trahan considering other options

Auburn's lost may become Ole Miss or another SEC schools gain.

The Tigers lost one of their top linebacker prospects when Patrick Trahan failed to meet academic standards at Auburn after the spring and summer semesters. Trahan now is at Northwest Community College in Senatobia and is now considering other options than just a possible return to Auburn.

After graduating from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans in 2005, Trahan played in every game in 2006 for the Tigers.

The big question will be will Trahan return to the Tigers in January or stay at NWCC and graduate in May and reopen his recruitment.
