Ducks land commitment No. 10

As the calendar moves through October the commitment train is picking up steam for the Oregon Ducks. Inside linebacker Kiko Alonso, a 6-foot-3, 234-pound wrecking ball from Los Gatos (Calif.) becomes the second verbal commitment of the week for the Ducks. Duck Sports Authority caught up with Alonso to get his thoughts on making the choice to attend the University of Oregon.

"I committed last night," said Alonso. "I just liked everything about it . I liked it the most. That's where I really wanted to go from the first. They were probably the best competition school - they get to play (against) the best competition - and it was just the best school on my list. Plus I liked the area."
