Pitt looks at JUCO center

Pitt returns eight starters on offense next fall. One area that will be hit hard by graduation is the offensive line where Pitt will lose senior tackle Mike McGlynn (6' 5" 315), tackle Jeff Otah (6' 3" 315) and center Chris Vangas (6' 2" 310). To help with the graduation losses up front the coach staff is looking a few junior college players. One of those is center Robb Houser (6' 3" 285) from Butte Community College in Northern California.

The win improved Butte's record to 6-2. They have two regular season games left. The Roadrunners will travel to Foothills College on Saturday before finishing the regular season at home against San Francisco College.

Houser has made an official visit to Baylor although the Bears have yet to offer. Other interested schools include Syracuse, Idaho State, Miami (Fla.) and Kansas State.
