Reid sets his official
El Paso (TX) Canutillo ATH Brandon Reid has been committed to Missouri since July. The early commitment has helped Reid concentrate on a very successful senior season. Although he's had to fight off injury, Reid said he was happy with where things were on the field.
Reid said he was happy with the way the season had gone for Missouri as well. He thought that the Tigers had done a good job of proving their ability to be a top team to everyone who had watched. Reid also added that he thought the emergence of one player along with the emotional leadership of another had helped the Tigers to a new level.
Reid said that he had hoped to be in Columbia earlier, but things hadn't worked out as much as he would have liked. He hoped that he would get to meet a good number of future teammates when he took his official visit.
Reid said that he's enjoyed talking with Missouri's coach Brian Jones over the past few months. The two have established a good friendship and hope to continue to do so over the coming months.
Reid added that when he goes up for his official visit, he hopes to get back in touch with an old friend. He hoped that he could have a good time meeting new people while in Columbia.
