Did Allen leave Athens feeling at home?

Four-star tight end out of Fayetteville (N.C.) Dwayne Allen may have entered Athens on Saturday as a commitment, but he is one the fans were most curious about. Allen has been committed to UGA for almost a year, but he has visited about half a dozen other schools since he chose the Dawgs. This visit was important and he enjoyed his time in Athens. It all started with a friend from North Carolina.

"Trinton Sturdivant was my host and I have known him for a long time," said Allen. "I also hung out with Bruce Figgins and Aron White a lot too."

All three of those current Bulldogs are in their first year at Georgia and they shared with Allen what to expect.

"They all told me that they love it there, but they were real with me too. They told me that there will always be hard time no matter where you go, but it is the people around you that makes it a different experience."
