Juco o-tackle considering K-State

It seems as though Kansas State is nothing more than a backup plan for three-star offensive linemen Cedric Mack. However, Mack still agreed to meet with K-State defensive coordinator Tim Tibesar on Thursday on the campus of California's El Camino Community College, which the 335-pound tackle currently attends, for a conversation about a possible future as a Wildcat.

"They were asking when I'm going to graduate so I can get my ACT and transcripts faxed out there," Mack said of his meeting with Tibesar.

The 6-foot-4 Mack will take an official visit to the South Florida campus, which is just three hours away from his hometown, on Jan. 11. He is also hoping to schedule an unofficial visit to Manhattan, which he has already toured once.
