Iowa State secures visit from Florida WR

Although Iowa State is not one of Eric Adeyemi's favorites right now, the Cyclone program did make the cut to get an official visit from the Miami (Fla.) Southridge receiver. Can ISU move up the ladder to get Adeyemi after having him on campus? Here's the latest on a rising prospect from the same high school that produced Iowa State superstars Darren and Troy Davis.

The 6-foot-0, 165-pound Adeyemi has already taken an official visit to Kentucky and the Wildcats are one of two atop his current list, which is subject to change with three official visits on the next three weekends.

"My top three are Kentucky, UAB and Western Michigan," Adeyemi said. "Kentucky and UAB are the top, neck and neck. I like Kentucky's offense and UAB is closer to home." Adeyemi is scheduled to visit Western Michigan this coming weekend, followed by Iowa State on the weekend of January 18 and UAB on the weekend of January 25. He received nine Division I offers all tolled and his working list is now pared down to four, including ISU.
