KSU signee seeks state title
Earlier this month Josh Kline signed a national letter of intent to play football at Kent State.
But, Kline's focus now is on winning a state wrestling title.
The 6-foot-4, 270-pounder from Mason, Ohio entered the 71st Annual Ohio State Wrestling Tournament in Columbus as the projected state champion in the heavyweight division.
During Thursday's preliminary round, he pinned Grove City's Cody Beatty in 4 minutes, 49 seconds to advance to Friday's semifinals where he will face Findlay's Max Gladstone.
Kline is now 42-1 on the year.
