Pennsylvania LB picks up Husker offer

He's done a little bit of everything on the high school and to show for all his hard work, he now has his first scholarship offer.

Two-way prospect, Shawn Bodtman, ran the ball for West Scranton (Pa.) High School, but also was featured on defense at linebacker. For his work as a junior, that included more than 1,500 yards on the ground and 24 touchdowns along with 98 solo tackles on defense, he picked up all-region and all-conference honors. Though he had been receiving interest from several schools around the region, he found out that his first offer was coming from one program quite a ways away.

That school was Nebraska.
