Is SoCal DB close to getting first offer?

When Los Angeles (Calif.) Crenshaw head coach Robert Garrett says he has a D-I player you can take it to the bank. He is one of those coaches who prides himself by not over selling players, but telling the truth so when he says his cornerback/safety/ wide receiver Marcus Andrews (6-2, 185, 4.5) is a D-I guy, like when E.F. Hutton says something, you listen.

There have been several colleges who came by the Crenshaw campus this spring and it appears that Andrews could be closing in on his first offer.

"I had Arizona State, Washington and UNLV come up to the school to see me," Andrews said. "I think that Washington and UNLV are close to offering me."
