Plumlee gets first action in Cameron

It's not often that a player gets the opportunity to play competitive basketball on the floor in which he will spend his college career making a name for himself. For Arden (N.C.) Christ School power forward Mason Plumlee that chance is exactly what was afforded to him during Memorial Day Weekend, as he was able to play on Coach K Court as a Blue Devil commit for the very first time.

Though he didn't perform up to his liking in his first chance to play in the comfy confines of Cameron Indoor, Plumlee made up for it later the next day, as he helped carry his team into the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions playoffs. While winning and making a good showing at Cameron was certainly on Plumlee's mind, just the opportunity to step on the floor at Duke and play a real game meant a lot to the future Duke power forward.
