Is SoCal LB close to decision?

One of the best linebacker prospects from Southern California is three-star John-Michael Davis (6-1, 225, 4.5) who will be playing his senior season at Las Flores (Calif.) Tesoro after previously playing at Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) Santa Margarita. The talented linebacker has two offers and he could be closing on making his college decision.

Davis has offers from Boise State and New Mexico. He is getting serious recruiting attention from UCLA, Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon and Cal. He attended UCLA's one-day camp earlier this month.

"It went pretty good," Davis said about his UCLA camp experience. "The coaches want to see me play this fall before offering."

"I'm actually going to Boise State (June 18th) to see how I like the school," Davis said. "There is a possibility that if I like the school, I'll commit."
