Beavers land Midwest point guard
When Craig Robinson took the basketball head coaching job at Oregon State, he didn't waste any time in hitting the recruiting trail. He and his staff have worked tireless hours on the road in gyms across the country, evaluating talent and assembling their big board. While Robinson and company are still awaiting word from their top targets in the Class of 2009, they have struck gold in the Class of 2010 with their first commitment as Ahmad Starks, a 5-foot-8, 150-pound point guard from Chicago's Whitney Young High School has decided to come on board with the Beavers.
