A&M hosts 2010 top 60 center
Houston Bellaire junior center Tobi Oyedeji has always had Texas A&M on his radar when it comes to his recruitment. He first visited the Aggies on an unofficial visit in the fall of 2007 to hang out with players, coaches and take in a football game at Kyle Field with Bellaire teammate Jamel Outler. Over the course of a year, Oyedeji was a common spectator at Reed Arena to see the Aggies on the court.
Since then, however, Oyedeji has blown up on the national scene. He's skyrocketed to No. 55 in the most recent Rivals 2010 Top 100 while playing for Houston Hoops in the spring and summer AAU seasons.
The 6-foot-8, 190-pounder has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Baylor, Louisville, Arizona State and Georgia Tech among others.
