Johnson sets visit

College coaches have been flocking to Las Vegas to conduct in-home visits with Elijah Johnson. Oklahoma and Texas have already checked in on the 6-foot-2, 183-pound point guard from Cheyenne High School. Another Big 12 program, Kansas, still stop by Johnson's home later today. Jayhawk Slant just learned the four-star prospect has scheduled an official visit to Kansas. When will the visit take place? We've got the latest inside.

The one thing Johnson, the No. 27 ranked player in the class of 2009, can control is the direction of his recruitment. Throughout his recruitment, the four-star point guard has received interest from the likes of Arizona, Arizona State, Duke, Florida, Iowa State, Kansas, North Carolina, Ohio State, Oklahoma, USC, Texas, UCLA, UNLV, Washington, Santa Clara, Purdue and others.
