Future Chippewa RB is Having Excellent Season

This week, Chippewacountry did something that no one has been able to do on the football field this year. We caught up with Malek Redd.

Redd, a senior at River Hill High School in Maryland and a Central Michigan commit, has been running like a man on fire the last two weeks. His River Hill team is currently 4-0 and ranked 10th in the country by USA Today.

The first two weeks were somewhat frustrating for Redd. In his first game, he had several big runs called back and broke his thumb in a River Hill victory. As a result, he had to sit out the second game of the season so the thumb could heal.
