"Coach (Mike) Riley, Coach (Keith) Hayward, and Coach Davis were there and I told Coach Riley first," Martin said. "He grabbed me and gave me a kiss on my cheek. Coach Hayward and Coach Davis looked surprised and they said that they couldn't wait to have me on the team so they could coach me up."
Martin had been leaning toward the Beavers for quite some time, ever since he camped in Corvallis and received an offer afterward.
