Auburn ends homestand Tuesday night

Auburn ends its four-game homestand Tuesday as Bethune-Cookman visits Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum.

The Wildcats are 1-2 on the season with a win over Edward Waters and losses to Dayton and Stetson.

"Bethune-Cookman is very athletic," AU head coach Tommy Tuberville. "They play multiple defenses. They don't have great size so our bigs are going to have to defend their perimeter a little bit so that will be a challenge for us."

Freshman guard Clifford Reed leads the Wildcats averaging 16.3 points per game including 19 in the 78-38 loss at Dayton, the team AU matches up against Friday at the Chicago Invitational.
