Stars to take the field in Outback All Star game

Saturday night will be the 15th annual Outback Steakhouse high school all star game. The game will take place at John I. Leonard High School at 7:30pm and will feature some of the top prospects from the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County. We break down some players to watch out for on each squad and how their recruiting is going.

NATIONAL TEAM:

Antione Kirkland - The 5 foot 11, 190-pound running back from Olympic Heights is committed to Northern Illinois University. He has been real impressive in the practices and this is his chance to show of his skills.

Brandan Bishop - The 6 foot 1, 200-pound safety from Boca Raton is committed to North Carolina State. He forms a hard hitting safety duo with Jordan Dangerfield for the National Team.

Jordan Dangerfield - The 5 foot 10, 170-pound safety from Royal Palm Beach will knock you out if you come across the middle. Right now it is believed that Hofstra leads for his services.

Navarus Thompson - The 6 foot 1, 260-pound defensive tackle from Palm Beach Lakes has scheduled visits to Hofstra and Arkansas State.

Perry McIntyre - The 6 foot 1, 215-pound linebacker from Royal Palm Beach had an outstanding season and has continued that outstanding play in practices. FAU is trying schedule an official visit with him.

Jack Wright - Wright is an intriguing figure at defensive end being 6 foot 4, 230-pounds. The Forest Hill High School product has a chance to show off his skills Saturday.

Judes Amilcar - The 6 foot 2, 230-pound defensive end from Olympic Heights has an official visit from Eastern Illinois scheduled for January 16th. He also has offers from Wagner and Stony Brook.


AMERICAN TEAM:

Jarvis Byrd - The four star prospect from Pahokee is the highest rated prospect in the game. He is currently committed to NC State, but he has also scheduled visits to FSU and FAU.

Artavious Dowdell - The 6 foot 2, 215-pound defensive end from Glades Central is a blur off the edge. Dowdell has already visited Alabama State and is supposed to visit Eastern Illinois January 16th.

Henry Orelus - The Florida State commit is one of the anchors for the American Team's offensive line.

Rupert Bryan - The 6 foot 1, 250-pound FIU commit from Glades Central joins his teammate on the American Team's offensive line. Bryan has recently taken visits to Northern Illinois and Georgia State.

Donald Hester - The 6 foot 4, 335-pound monster of an offensive tackle from Pahokee heard from Arkansas State on Wednesday.

Irvin Titre - The 6 foot, 310-pound defensive tackle from Dwyer is a classic run stopper. He is the only player from Dwyer participating in the game.

Carlos Ammons - The 5 foot 10, 180-pound safety from Pahokee has an offer from Buffalo. He is visiting Buffalo on January 16th and FAU on January 23rd.

Patrick O'Donnell - The punter from Palm Beach Central is committed to Cincinnati and was booming 60 yard punts at practice.

Randolph Tribble - The Palm Beach Gardens cornerback is scheduled to visit Eastern Illinois January 16th and FAU Januray 23rd.

Robert Ferguson - The linebacker from Glades Central has taken visits to West Virginia, Northern Illinois and Georgia State. However, only Georgia State has offered him a scholarship.

* With the new NCAA rule not allowing division 1 coaches to watch all star practices or games the number of coaches in attendance has been down.
