Bulls land LB; OL Savala decision near

The Bulls added the fifth four-star prospect of their 2009 recruiting class on Wednesday when they landed Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College linebacker Jacquain Williams, according to the school's head coach, Jeff Sims.

"Jacquain has decided to go ahead and commit to South Florida," Sims told Rivals.com. "It is just the best fit for him overall and we know he is going to have a great career there."

Williams, rated the nation's No. 21 overall JUCO prospect, is a product of Riverview High in the Tampa area, the same school that produced Bulls linebacker Tyrone McKenzie. Williams was an All-Jayhawk Conference first team selection this season. He also made official visits to Nebraska and Oklahoma State.

"Jacquain is fast and long. He's from that area. He came in here at 6-3 and 200 pounds. He's up to 6-4 and 220. He's matured a lot," Sims told USFBullsEYE.com back in December on the eve of Williams' visit to Tampa.
