Alabama tight end's stock rising
Over the past few weeks Mississippi State has taken more of an interest in Birmingham, Ala., tight end Davis Dudchock.
The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder has gotten plenty of attention from the Bulldogs in the past two weeks. Dudchock hopes things will are leading to his sixth scholarship offer.
"I've just been getting letters from them," Dudchock said of MSU. "Coach (Mark) Hudspeth is the coach that is recruiting me. I've gotten a lot more mail from them recently in the past two weeks. I'm hoping that is leading up to an offer. That'd be great. I'd really like that."
The last letter that the Oak Mountain standout received was from State head coach Dan Mullen.
"I just got a letter (on Friday) from Coach Mullen," Dudchock said. "It was an invite to the maroon and white spring game. I think recently Mississippi State's interest in me has picked up. I really like them. I know Coach Mullen was very successful at Florida with the way they ran their scheme in the spread. I'm looking at all my options."
Dudchock stated that he is not positive if he will be able to make it to Starkville for the spring game but would like to.
