Is three-star DB nearing No. 3?

Three-star cornerback Bryan Douglas (5-11, 170, 4.4) from Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne has been a solid performer on the camp circuit this spring. Every camp that he has made an appearance at, he was always one of the best players in attendance. He just turned in another stellar performance at UCLA's one day last Saturday.

Douglas has two offers on the table from San Diego State and Boise State. There will undoubtedly be more as things are really picking up for him.

"Bryan has met between 15 and 20 different college scouts during the spring evaluation period," Stacy Douglas, Bryan's dad said. "He spoke to Coach Skip (Tim Skipper from Fresno State who says they are very interested in him, but probably will not offer him until mid season.

"Last Sunday we spoke to Eric Yarber of Arizona State," Douglas said. "He and I spoke for nearly half an hour talking about Bryan.

"At the end of the conversation, Coach Yarber said that we can tell any and everyone that ASU is very close to offering Bryan a scholarship. Bryan will be going to ASU next Sunday (June 14)for the one day camp.
