Auburn fans make big impression on recruit

Little Rock (Ark.) Christian tight end Dakota Mosley was impressed by Auburn's gameday atmosphere.

He was impressed by the Tigers' ability to bounce back and beat West Virginia 41-30 after falling behind 14-0 early in the first quarter.

But what impressed the 6-foot-4, 252-pounder the most about his first game at Jordan-Hare Stadium was the fans, especially a raucous student section that refused to let a heavy downpour or 1-hour delay dampen their spirit.

"The biggest thing was the fans standing there after that huge downpour. That was real impressive to me," Mosley said. "I thought the atmosphere was great. After the huge downpour and the stadium fills up and the student section, they never went anywhere the whole time. Really, the atmosphere was great."

Mosley, who could play tight end or offensive line on the next level, said AU's high-powered offense also stood out Saturday.
