This is a fluid list and will likely change prior to the game.

Last update: Friday, Jan. 8, 11:45 p.m.

U.S. Army All-American Bowl Announcements
ATH Latwan Anderson, 5-11/185, Cleveland Glenville
Overall Rank: No. 18
Schools: Miami, Michigan, Mich. State, North Carolina, Ohio State, West Virginia
Farrell analysis: More and more good sources tell me that if Anderson is going to decide this week it will be West Virginia and not Ohio State. He has Miami and North Carolina scheduled for January visits and Ohio State will make a push if he delays his decision, but if he decides this weekend I'm going to now fall in line and pick the Mountaineers.
S Matt Elam, 6-0/205, West Palm Beach (Fla.) Dwyer
Overall Rank: No. 14
Schools: Florida, Florida State, Georgia
Farrell analysis: Elam is committed to Florida State but after a long, emotional conversation with Urban Myer Monday night, a lot has changed. He is expected to decide between FSU, Florida and Georgia on Saturday and right now I think he flips back to the Gators.
ATH Marquis Flowers, 6-3/210, Goodyear (Ariz.) Millennium
Overall Rank: No. 87
Schools: Arizona, Arizona State, Notre Dame, UCLA, USC
Farrell analysis: This is expected to come down to USC, UCLA and Arizona with the Trojans and Wildcats the leaders. Right now I think the home team wins out and Arizona lands him.
DT Sharrif Floyd, 6-3/310, Philadelphia George Washington
Overall Rank: No. 9
Schools: Florida, North Carolina, Ohio State, South Carolina
Farrell analysis: It's still Ohio State and Florida with UNC on the outside looking in and while Floyd said it was the Buckeyes in the lead at the beginning of the week, Florida has gained momentum in a big way. I'm hearing now he just might pick the Gators on Saturday and could give them three five-star commits at the game with Elam and Powell.
DB Victor Hampton, 5-11/170, Darlington (S.C.)
Position Rank: No. 22 CB
Schools: North Carolina, NC State, South Carolina, Tennessee
Farrell analysis: UNC, NC State and Tennessee are still on his list, but it appears clear that the former Gator commitment will end up at South Carolina in the end.
DB Dior Mathis, 5-9/166, Detroit Cass Tech
Overall Rank: No. 239
Schools: Michigan, Oregon
Farrell analysis: Mathis could be the hardest to predict because Oregon has been his leader forever, but the ties between Mathis, Cass Tech and the Michigan Wolverines run deep. However, he truly appears to love the Ducks so they are the choice here.
LB C.J. Mosley, 6-2/212, Theodore (Ala.)
Overall Rank: No. 91
Schools: Alabama, Auburn
Farrell analysis: This is an Alabama-Auburn battle and the Tide are expected to win this one at the game.
DE Ronald Powell, 6-4/230, Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde
Overall Rank: No. 5
Schools: Florida, USC
Farrell analysis: Powell decided to announce this week and that bodes very well for Florida unless he decides to pull a stunner and pick USC. The Trojans would have had a much better chance had he delayed his decision until Signing Day but if he decides to stick with his announcement at the game, he should pick the Gators.
DE Brandon Willis, 6-3/255, Duncan (S.C.) Byrnes
Overall Rank: No. 41
Schools: North Carolina, Tennessee, UCLA
Farrell analysis: It was all North Carolina heading into the week but as Willis has talked to more and more kids down here and after a long discussion with Tennessee, the Vols are very much back in here. If he can't decide between UNC and Tennessee he might just get out of the area and head to UCLA. However, it looks as if he may have swung back to the Tar Heels late in the week.
DB Demetrius Wright, 6-1/201, Corona (Calif.)
Overall Rank: No. 102
Schools: Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, USC, Washington
Farrell analysis: Washington has done a great job staying in this one but Wright is expected to pick USC all the way. is your source for: College Football | Football Recruiting | College Basketball | Basketball Recruiting | College Baseball | High School | College Merchandise
