Another California QB visits FSU

Another California QB visits practice

Grady Tommy Last week the nation's top rated quarterback Kyle Wright made it to Florida State for an unofficial visit. He toured the campus, talked to the coaches and took in a couple practices which pulled FSU into a tie with Miami and USC for his services.

This week it was Tommy Grady's turn. As with Wright, Grady is from California and is very highly rated by the national recruiting experts (No. 3 QB according to Rivals100.com). The 6'6" signal caller (yes that's his legitimate height) started out in Miami over the weekend before making a short stop to see Florida's campus. He arrived in Tallahassee early this afternoon and will head out after lunch on Thursday to see LSU's campus.

"We've been looking around and it's pretty nice," said Grady. "There's a lot of construction going on. All of the coaches have been real nice... Practice was awesome. They have some good players out there, some great athletes."

Grady told Warchant.com that his current leaders are Miami, FSU and Oklahoma. After his trip to LSU he will fly with his family to Oklahoma. He will then head home (Huntington Beach) and take about a week before making his final decision.

During his junior season Grady threw for 2,900 yards and 33 touchdowns against only 3 interceptions.
