Vanderbilt got 28 points from Jeffery Taylor and 26 from John Jenkins, as the Commodores thrashed Ole Miss 102-76 in Oxford on Thursday evening.
The Commodores shot 63 percent from the field, as well as from 3-point range, and also hit 79 percent of their 38 foul shots.
Vanderbilt led 53-28 at halftime, and the game was never close in the second half.
VU was simply incredible before the break, hitting 70 percent of its shots to the Rebels' 33. Taylor had 23 points on 10 shots, including a 5-of-5 showing behind the 3-point arc, and Jenkins had 12 on a 4-of-4 performance from long-distance.
Three technical fouls on Ole Miss helped pad VU's free-throw total.
