When senior linebacker Bruce Taylor first heard about Austin Peay, Virginia Tech's opponent Saturday, he had never heard of the school.

After thinking about it, he thought the school had to be in Austin, Texas. Austin Peay is in fact an FCS school in Clarksville, Tenn. just outside of Nashville.

But regardless where the school is located, or what level it plays on, Taylor said he's learned not to underestimate any opponent.

Just two years ago, the Hokies lost to Boise State then dropped their next game to James Madison.

Taylor said Virginia Tech is well aware of what overlooking a team can do and spoke about the Governors during yesterday's press conference, as was in attendance.
