Sheldon Richardson: Missouri's defensive tackle was a man amongst boys. He had a team-high nine tackles, 1.5 for a loss and lost another sack on a facemask penalty. Richardson was dominant.
Kenronte Walker: The safety knocked down an Arizona State pass on fourth and goal from the three to keep Missouri ahead 24-20. He then intercepted the Sun Devils' last pass of the night to preserve the win. The two biggest plays on a night where Missouri needed them.
Michael Sam: Sam had a sack-and-a-half among his five tackles and put plenty of pressure on the Sun Devil quarterback duo.
E.J. Gaines: Gaines was victimized a couple of times but had five tackles, one for a loss, two pass breakups and a 44-yard punt return that set up a Tiger touchdown.
T.J. Moe: Moe led the way with eight catches for 88 yards and a six-yard run. He was a nice security blanket for a redshirt freshman starting his first game at quarterback.
Kendial Lawrence: Lawrence gained 62 yards on a16 carries, added a big first down catch in the red zone and scored twice. He helped take pressure off Berkstresser on a night when the Tiger run game was going to be vital.
