The basketball situation in Bloomington couldn't possibly get any better, could it?
On Saturday night, things continued to go in Tom Crean's direction as the No. 1 team in the nation landed the No. 7 player in the nation.
As Noah Vonleh took his first official visit to Indiana, he came away with an easy answer in his recruitment.
After reclassifying from the class of 2014 to 2013 last month, Vonleh made his recruiting process short and gave an oral commitment to the Hoosiers on Saturday night during his visit.
"They did the best job with me and showed me how they can develop me for the next level," Vonleh told Rivals.com following his commitment.
The New Hampton School (N.H.) forward chose the No. 1 team in the nation over North Carolina, Syracuse, Georgetown, Ohio State and UConn because the Hoosiers recruited him the hardest, powered by lead recruiter Kenny Johnson.
Drexel Lands Former Big East Commit
Former South Florida commit Major Canady made his college decision this weekend as the 2013 guard committed to the CAA.
Drexel landed the Kiski Prep (PA) talent, who will join 2013 power forward Mohamed Bah in the Dragons' class.
They will look to add 2013 power forward Rodney Williams of St. Christopher's (VA) to their class on Friday. Williams will choose between them and St. Bonaventure.
