Big JUCO WR has top 3

Santa Ana College wide receiver Finas Rabb may have only one year of organized football under his belt, but three offers have come his way already and some of the elite programs in the country are taking notice. Rabb is the cousin of Boise State wide receiver Jerard Rabb (Saddleback College) and has offers on the table from Utah, Nevada and Tulsa along with interest from USC, UCLA, Nebraska, Boise State and Kansas.

Rabb also played basketball at Santa Ana, but had not played football since Pop Warner, when his cousin suggested playing for the Dons in 2004. He ended up playing five games for the Santa Ana, catching eight balls with one touchdown and showing flashes of brilliance along the way.

Rabb stands 6-foot-6, 205 lbs and runs the 40-yard dash in just under 4.6 seconds along with a 37-inch vertical jump. He was an academic non-qualifier out of high school but grey-shirted in 2003 and now awaits his AA degree in the mail.

"I just passed my last class to get my AA degree," said Rabb. "I'm just waiting to get it in the mail."

Rabb will have two years of remaining eligibility when he leaves Santa Ana this December. Both Tulsa and Utah wanted him to play this season, but Rabb opted to come back to Santa Ana in hopes of getting an offer from USC.

"That's why I stayed back this year," said Rabb. "I visited the school and talked to the coaches. Coach Kiffin came to see me work out and then asked Pete Carroll to come and see me."

Rabb attended Skyline High School in Oakland before transferring to El Modena High School in Southern California during his senior year of school. He listed USC, Cal and Miami as his dream schools. Of the schools he currently has offers from; he listed Utah as his favorite.

"Utah, Tulsa and Nevada," said Rabb. "Utah had a good record and I want to win wherever I go."
