The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is highlighted by the nation's No. 1 player, quarterback Jimmy Clausen, who will be leading the West squad. Defensive tackle Marvin Austin, the nation's No. 2 player, will anchor a strong East defense.

This year boasts the best group of quarterback prospects at the game - led by Clausen. He and Ryan Mallett will lead the West, and John Brantley, Willy Korn and Tyrod Taylor will pace the East. Taylor has begun the week playing defensive back, but should get some snaps under center as well.

Running back Noel Devine, perhaps the most exciting high school player since Reggie Bush, is also participating. Devine, who had been told late on Friday not to make plans to play in the game due to some questions regarding character, was told on Sunday that he would be allowed to participate. Devine arrived in San Antonio on Monday afternoon.

Stay with Rivals.com all week as we bring you the best coverage of the U.S. Army All American Bowl and all the other high school all-star games.
