Top Palmetto State OL Gets Two Calls from Big Ten

Columbia (SC) AC Flora offensive lineman Kenneth Page is SCVarsity.com's No. 3 player for the Class of 2008 and will be one of the top ranked OL's in the country this season. With offers from all over the country coming in, its no surprise that the big man got the call from two Big Ten teams this week, each laying an offer on the table for Page's services.

Michigan and Michigan State offered Page on Thursday. Last week, Page got the call from Oklahoma and the week before that, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Auburn had extended offers.

Michigan has been on Page for a while, but position coach and recruiter Coach Moeller had to get the go ahead from Coach Carr, which he did on Thursday after Page talked to them via phone.

His offer list now includes Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma, Clemson, South Carolina, Colorado, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Stanford, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt.

Page says he does not anticipate an early committment and wants to take his recruiting to the end.

Page is No. 3 on the SCVarsity.com Top Ten prospect list for the Class of 2008 and the state's top ranked offensive lineman by SCVarsity.com
