River Hill lands another D-I player

River Hill's Leron Eaddy went into last week with no offers and by Wednesday, March 25 had two.

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound defensive back received an offer from Bowling Green last week and after heading to Central Michigan with teammate Malek Redd received an offer from the Chippewas.

Eaddy is coming off a junior season in which he played both defensive back and linebacker and recorded 113 tackles with two interceptions.

Eaddy was part of a Hawk defense that tied the Maryland state record for shutouts with 11, and helped lead River Hill to the Class 2A state championship.

Check MDVarsity.com later this week for an interview with Eaddy about his offers.

Also be sure to check back later for news on Malek Redd and his future college career.
