Hamga settles on a school

After visiting South Carolina, Rutgers and Valparaiso since leaving UNLV, 7-foot center Beas Hamga has decided where he will enroll on Monday.

Hamga's trust in Homer Drew will have him playing at Valparaiso and not in the SEC or Big East.

"Beas really hit it off with the players and the coaches on his visit," said Hamga's guardian Mark Adams. "After the way things worked out at UNLV, the trust factor with Homer Drew was the key. Beas felt that Valparaiso was a sure thing for him as far as fitting in with the players and being able to contribute on the court."
