The good: Satele is strong, plays with good leverage and shows good footwork that enables him to get in position inside or on the perimeter. He has strong hands and is agile enough to quickly help out on either side in pass protection. He adjusts quickly when a rusher changes tactics. A good athlete, Satele graded out highly in games and plays with a degree of finesse.
The bad: Satele is a game competitor, but his 6-foot-2, 300-pound frame didn't serve him well at the Senior Bowl when his short arms often put him at a disadvantage. No one doubts his toughness or tenacity, but his marginal size and short arms are a concern.
Outlook: Teams that stress zone blocking will likely have the most interest in Satele, but he still projects to be a late round selection.
